Dear All Customers:

The Chinese New Year holiday is around the corner. It's the most valued time in the local communities here in the East, just like Christmas in the West.

Due to the nationwide observation of the holiday, The Post offices, Shipping agent and the Customs will be temporarily closed and Malleshop shipments will be temporarily paused between Feb 8 and Feb 24, 2010. Some customers will start to get shipment notification immediately after the holiday, but live postal tracking information for orders shipped will likely not be processed and shown in the postal system immediately and Package maybe delay a few days after the holiday due to the holiday traffic at the Post offices, Shipping agent and the Customs.

Many customers were asking about their order status recently (for orders shipped by HK Registered Airmail.), after checking, we found that many orders were delayed in Hong Kong post before the parcel dispatched from Hong Kong. We feel sorry about it.

The main reason is due to the rapid increasing of demand for international air parcel (HK post),  Hong Kong post guys need to spend much more time on handling the large amount of air parcels.

So, we decide to suspend the HK Registered Airmail shipping method this moment. But will re-open it in near future, once the situation become better. Also, we have added the Singapore Registered Airmail to our system now, which has the same shipping rate with HK Registered Airmail. For regular customers who like the shipping of HK Registered Airmail, Singapore Registered Airmail is a good alternative.

However, if you need a rush order, we suggest you using DHL,EMS or other express delivery.

In the end, we hope you can understand our position and keep trusting us.

Its shipping rate is flat/same for all the countries all over the world, and shipping cost is very economical.
For example, if you buy one unit item model "MMA-IA-01" (Leather Case for Apple iPhone 3G), the shipping cost is only US$0.90 to any country.

But please note that:
1. There is NO tracking number available for this shipping method.
(This is the difference from "Hong Kong registered airmail" shipping method)
2. This shipping method is only available for order weight <1kg, and order amount <US$50.00
