
Sales Policy
Applying for Standard Accounts
Any legal adult can apply for a standard buyer account with MALLE any time at any place in the world. It takes only a few minutes and buyer only needs to provide basic personal and business information.
For security reason, MALLE may manually verify certain new account applications soon after the buyer's register.
Buyer must have an active account in order to place any order.
Distributor Application
Buyer with proven business record may qualify for applying for being a distributor. A distributor account has unique privileges that a standard business and personal account does not have, including a dedicated sales manager, prioritized support, as well as more competitive product pricing schedule.
Placing an Order
Buyer can place orders online via MALLE's online shopping cart or via one of our sales representatives. Regardless how the order is created, the order details and tracking are always available at MALLE's online shop.
Tracking Order Status
Buyer can track the order status any time via MALLE's onlineshop. The order status contains all order details such as products ordered, all communications and updates from the buyer and MALLE. History of all orders and their details are also available.
Order Lead Time
Small orders will be shipped in 2-5 working days after the order is processed. Medium and large orders take longer. Shipping dates will be updated after the order payments are cleared and MALLE begins processing the orders. Shipping date is estimated only and may vary significantly. Buyers with strict delivery deadlines are advised to place orders well in advance.
Changing Existing Order
If the order is not processed, MALLE may be able to make change to the order. If the order is paid and the order is being processed, MALLE is unable to remove or change products, or reduce product quantities. Adding products or increasing the quantities of the same models may be feasible. In any circumstances, changing order may incur significant delay. If buyer needs to change order detail when the order is being processed, please contact one of our sales representatives.
About Cancelling Orders
MALLE will cancel orders in the following cases:
- The order has been created but not paid, and MALLE is unable to confirm the order detail, including but not limited to shipping address, buyer's identity, payment issues, and product availability.
- Buyer requests to cancel the order. If the order has not been processed, the order will be cancelled. If payment has been made, a full refund will be made via the original form of payment less all fees.
Product Description and Specification
Customers are advised to pay attention to product description, features, and technical specifications. Before placing large orders, customers are strongly advised to order samples, and put down the necessary technical details and products pictures into written agreements to avoid any product specification dispute.
Minor Product Specification Discrepancy
Buyer agrees that MALLE can ship products with different packaging or color unless the buyer explicitly indicates the products color or packaging requirement in their order comments.
Order with Custom-designed Products
Custom-designed products includes but not limited to custom logos, packaging, software, firmware, casings, printed circuit boards, accessories, chipsets, other hardware designs, user guides and other printed materials. Orders with customs-designed products generally cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable after MALLE starts processing the order. Customers placing a large order for products using custom-designs are strongly advised to talk with one of your sales representatives and put detail product specification in agreement before placing orders.
Limitation of Liability
Buyer agrees that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to MALLE arising from any product sold from MALLE shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall MALLE, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
Account Cancellation
Customers can request to have their account cancelled at any time provided that there is no open or pending order, and no unresolved issue. Cancelled account can be re-activated at any time at the customer's request. Customer can also request to have all order history and customer information permanently removed from all MALLE's servers. After an account is permanently removed from MALLE's servers, account re-activation is not possible, and all former account privileges may not be re-issued if the customer creates a new account later.
